The lobby had a cool fountain and the staff was courteous. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
the fridge was unplugged and the food we left inside was ruined. there was no hot water, making washing uncomfortable.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a comfortable stay in a spacious and well-maintained room. the decor in the lobby was pleasing and the staff were friendly and professional. the location was convenient for my travel needs.
The limited vegetarian menu options offered in the hotel restaurant. the room had a small bed that was uncomfortable for two adults and the window opened onto the staircase, causing noise disruptions throughout the night.
